Google Drive Configuration
To enable the "Import from Drive" feature, you need to configure a Google Cloud Project. This requires two specific keys: a Client ID and an API Key.
Step 1: Get Your Keys
- Go to the Google Cloud Console.
- Create a new Project (e.g., "Velocibid Integration").
- Enable two APIs: Google Drive API and Google Picker API.
- Create Credentials:
- OAuth Client ID (Application Type: Web Application).
- API Key (Restrict this to the APIs above for security).
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Error: "The API developer key is invalid"
This means you forgot to enable the Google Picker API. Enabling "Drive API" is not enough. Go to "Enabled APIs & Services", search for "Google Picker API", and enable it.
Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch
This means Google blocks your website URL. Go to your Client ID settings and add your URL (e.g., http://localhost:3000 or https://your-domain.com) to Authorized JavaScript origins.
Notion Integration
Import pages directly from your workspace.
Setup Instructions
- Go to Notion Integrations.
- Create a new "Internal Integration".
- Copy the Internal Integration Token (starts with
secret_). - Paste it in Velocibid Settings.
- Important: In your Notion workspace, go to the page you want to share, click "..." > "Connections" > Add your new integration.

- In Teams, go to the channel you want notifications in.
- Click "..." > "Connectors" > "Incoming Webhook".

Jira Integration
Connect your Atlassian Jira Cloud instance to create issues directly from question assignments. When you assign a question to an SME, Velocibid can create a corresponding Jira task with the question details, due date, and a link back to the project.
Setup Instructions
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Jira and click Connect Jira.
- Authorize Velocibid with your Atlassian account.
- Select a default Jira project from the dropdown (this can be changed later).
- In any project, assigned questions will show a linked Jira issue badge.
Features
- Issue Creation — questions assigned to team members can generate Jira issues with full context
- Link Tracking — a Jira issue badge appears on linked questions with a direct link to the issue
- Status Sync — Jira webhooks update the sync timestamp when issues transition
- Project Mapping — set a default Jira project per organization
DocuSign Integration
Send completed proposals for e-signature directly from Velocibid. After exporting your project as PDF, you can send it through DocuSign and track the signing status right in your project dashboard.
Setup Instructions
- Go to Settings → Integrations → DocuSign and click Connect DocuSign.
- Authorize Velocibid with your DocuSign account.
- Once connected, open any project and select Actions → Send for Signature.
- Enter the signer's name and email. The document will be sent immediately.
- Signing status updates automatically via webhooks (sent, delivered, signed, completed).
How Signing Works
- Export first — generate your proposal as PDF using the Export action
- Send for Signature — the PDF is uploaded to DocuSign as an envelope
- Track status — signature status badge appears in the Actions dropdown
- Auto-update — DocuSign Connect webhook updates your project when the document is signed
