The Proposal Insights hub gives you a single command center for all AI analysis tools. Access win probability, compliance audits, theme extraction, gap analysis, and quality scores from one organized dropdown with full drill-down detail panels.

Accessing Insights
In any project, look for the Insights button in the header bar (between the Outcome selector and the Actions menu). Click it to open the insights popover showing all five analysis types:

The Insights popover is designed as a quick-glance dashboard:
- Score badges show the result of each analysis at a glance (percentage or count)
- Run / Re-run buttons let you trigger any analysis directly from the popover without opening a detail panel
- The Refresh All button at the bottom runs all five analyses in parallel
- The trigger button shows a summary score (average of all completed analyses) so you can see overall proposal health without opening the popover
Detail Side Panels
Once an analysis has been run, a Details pill appears on that row. Click it to open a full side panel (Sheet) with the complete breakdown. Each panel provides the same depth as the original standalone components:
Compliance Audit Panel
- Custom instructions text area for targeted audits
- Score gauge with pass/fail breakdown
- Issue list with severity badges and recommendations
- Auto-Fix — AI generates a corrected answer for each issue; click Apply to save it directly
Win Probability Panel
- Large circular gauge with color-coded score
- Bid recommendation badge (Strong Bid / Bid / Cautious / No Bid)
- AI-generated summary of key strengths and risks
- Factor-by-factor breakdown with impact indicators and progress bars
RFP Themes Panel
- Tabbed view: Extracted Themes and Alignment Check
- Themes categorized as Pain Points, Priorities, Evaluation Criteria, and Key Phrases
- Per-question alignment scores showing which themes each answer addresses
- Re-extract and Refresh Alignment buttons
Gap Analysis Panel
- Readiness score gauge with met/total requirements
- Proceed/block status indicator
- Scrollable list of missing requirements with critical badges
- Quick link to update your Knowledge Base
Quality Score Panel
- Overall score gauge with answered/total question count
- Sub-score grid: Completeness, Tone, Personalization, Compliance
- Flagged issues with severity levels and recommended actions
Recommended Workflow
- Upload documents and import questions into your project
- Click Insights → Refresh All to run all five analyses at once
- Review scores in the popover — focus on low-scoring areas first
- Click Details on the Compliance Audit to fix flagged issues with Auto-Fix
- Use the Themes panel to ensure your responses address key evaluation criteria
- Re-run analyses after making edits to track improvement
- Aim for a summary score of 75%+ before submitting
