Vendor Profile & Trust Center
Company profile, compliance vault, readiness score, and public profile page.
Your Vendor Profile is your company's trust center — a central place to manage company details, compliance documents, certifications, and a public-facing profile page that showcases your qualifications to evaluators and potential clients.
Two Components, One Identity
Vendor Profile
Access your Vendor Profile from Vendor Profile in the sidebar under Configuration. This is where you manage all company-level information.

Prequalification Readiness Score
The Readiness Score is calculated automatically based on your profile completeness. It checks whether you have filled in critical fields needed for most government and enterprise RFPs:
- Company Name — basic identification
- Description — evaluators need to understand what you do
- SAM UEI — required for federal contracting
- NAICS Codes — needed for opportunity matching
- Service Areas — demonstrates your capabilities
- Certifications — shows compliance readiness
- Compliance Documents — at least one active document in the vault
Aim for a Readiness Score of 100% to ensure you are prepared for any prequalification check.

Access the Compliance Vault from Compliance Vault in the sidebar. This is where you store and track all compliance-related documents with expiry monitoring.
Document Types
Access Levels
- Internal — visible only to your team
- Restricted — shared on request with evaluators
- Public — displayed on your public profile page
Documents with expiry dates are automatically monitored. The vault highlights:
- Expired — documents past their expiry date
- Expiring Soon — documents expiring within 30 days
- Active — documents with valid dates or no expiry
Public Profile Page
When you enable the "Visible to Public" toggle in your Vendor Profile, a public-facing page is generated at /profile/your-slug. This page displays:
- Company name, tagline, and description
- Headquarters, size, founding year, and website
- Certifications and service areas as badges
- Government identifiers (DUNS, CAGE, SAM UEI)
- Public compliance documents from the vault
- Contact information
Track who views your public profile. The analytics panel shows total views, views in the last 30 days, and views in the last 7 days — helping you understand your profile's visibility.
