- Click the Insights button in the project header
- Click Run next to Quality Score (or use Refresh All to run all analyses)
- Wait 10-15 seconds for AI analysis
- Click the Details pill to open the full breakdown panel

- Make improvements and re-analyze
What Gets Scored
Completeness (40%)
Percentage of questions answered. Flags unanswered questions and very short answers (<50 characters).
Tone Consistency (20%)
AI analyzes if your answers maintain a consistent, professional tone throughout. Flags mixing of casual/formal language or overly technical jargon.
Personalization (20%)
Checks if you mention the client's name and include industry-specific examples or context. Generic responses score lower.
Compliance (20% - Optional)
If you previously ran Gap Analysis, the compliance score is included. Otherwise, the other components are weighted more heavily.

Important Notes
AI Analysis Costs
Tone and personalization scoring uses AI (GPT-4o-mini). Each analysis costs approximately $0.01-0.02. This is automatically included for Pro users.
Results Are Saved
Your quality score is saved to the database and persists across sessions. Re-running the analysis updates the score.
Use With Gap Analysis
For best results, run Gap Analysis first (to check requirements), then Quality Score (to check response quality) before final submission.
