Velocibid's **Agentic Workflows** go beyond simple text generation. These are specialized AI agents acting as virtual team members—auditors, editors, and strategists—that review your work against strict criteria.

The Compliance Agent 👮

The Compliance Agent is a strict auditor designed to ensure your proposal answers are accurate, direct, and fully supported by your knowledge base. It helps catch "hallucinations" or vague promises before you submit.

How to Run an Audit

  1. Navigate to any Project Dashboard.
  2. Click the Insights button in the project header.
  3. Click Run next to Compliance Audit (or use Refresh All to run all analyses).
  4. Once complete, click the Details pill to open the audit panel. Click Start Compliance Check to run a custom audit with instructions.

You can now provide custom instructions to the auditor. This allows you to tailor the strictness or focus of the review.

Example Instructions:

  • "Be extra strict about date formats (DD/MM/YYYY)."
  • "Flag any mention of 'guarantee' or 'promise'."
  • "Ensure we are not agreeing to unlimited liability."

Auto-Fix

If the agent finds an issue, you may see a ✨ Auto-Fix button. Clicking this will ask the AI to rewrite your answer to strictly address the compliance violation while keeping the original context.

Interpreting Results

Pass

The answer is direct, professional, and fully supported by the context snippets retrieved from your library.

Fail / Warning

The agent found an issue. Most common reasons:

  • Unsupported Claim: The answer states a fact not found in the source documents.
  • Ambiguity: Using words like "maybe", "possibly", or "I think".
  • Missed Constraint: Failing to answer a multi-part question fully.

The Tone & Style Agent 🎨

Adapt your proposal's voice to match the specific needs of the RFP or client persona. The Tone & Style agent allows you to instantly rewrite any draft answer.

Benefits-oriented and sales-focused. Highlights value and ROI.

Punchy and direct. Removes fluff and unnecessary words.

Plain English. Simplifies complex jargon for non-technical readers.

How to Use

  1. Hover over any Answer card in your project.
  2. Click the Rewrite button (next to Auto-Write).
  3. Select your desired style from the dropdown menu.
  4. The answer will update instantly.

SME Interviewer 🎤

Collaborate seamlessly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) without requiring them to sign up. The SME Interviewer agent facilitates the process by drafting context-aware requests.

How it Works

Ask an Expert

Click the Ask Expert button on any question card where you need help.

Agentic Drafting

Choose Draft Request Email. The agent will analyze the RFP question and your current draft to write a perfect email for your expert, explaining exactly what is needed.

Secure Guest Portal

The email includes a secure, expire-able link. SMEs see a focused view of just that question, with full source context context (files and text) to help them answer accurately. No login required.
