Connect your organization's HubSpot account to import Deals directly as Velocibid Projects. This integration is Organization-Wide, meaning once an Admin connects it, all team members can fetch and import deals.

How it Works

We use a secure OAuth connection (like "Log in with Google"). You do NOT need to copy-paste API keys anymore. This connection grants read-only access to your Deals so you can import them safely.

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Connect (Admins Only)

Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Click the default "Connect HubSpot" button.

You will be redirected to HubSpot to approve the connection. Once approved, you'll be redirected back to Velocibid with a success message.

Step 2: Import a Deal

Go to Dashboard → New Project. You'll see a HubSpot tab where you can browse and import your open deals.

Step 3: Select & Create

A list of your Open Deals will appear. Clicking "Import" will automatically:

Create a new Project in Velocibid named after the Deal.
Sync the Deal Value and Close Date (if available).
Link the Project back to the HubSpot Deal for future syncing.

Whose account are we using?

The connection is valid for the entire organization. If your Admin connects the company HubSpot account, everyone in the team can import deals without needing to log in to HubSpot personally.
