The Post-Award Dashboard appears on won projects, helping you manage the transition from proposal to delivery. Track contract details, milestones, stakeholders, and communications in one place.

Contract Details
The first section captures the essential contract information:
When a renewal date is set and is within 90 days, a prominent alert banner appears at the top of the Post-Award dashboard reminding you to begin the renewal process.
Milestone Tracker
Break your contract delivery into trackable milestones. Each milestone has a title, due date, and status that you can update as work progresses.
A progress bar at the top shows overall milestone completion percentage, giving a quick visual indicator of project delivery status.
Stakeholder Management
Track all key contacts involved in the contract — from the client-side decision maker to your internal delivery lead. Each stakeholder has:
- Name and Role — who they are and their function
- Organization — which party they represent
- Contact Info — email and phone for quick reach-out
- Relationship Health — a color-coded indicator (Good / Neutral / At Risk) that you update based on recent interactions
The "total touches" count tracks how many communications have been logged with each stakeholder, helping you identify relationships that need attention.
Communication Log
Log every important interaction related to the contract. Each communication entry includes:
- Stakeholder — who the communication was with (selected from your stakeholder list)
- Type — Email, Call, Meeting, or Note
- Subject and Notes — what was discussed
- Timestamp — automatically recorded
Communications automatically increment the "touches" count on the linked stakeholder, giving you a running total of engagement over time.
Recommended Workflow
- Set the outcome to "Won" in the project header to unlock the Post-Award tab
- Fill in contract details — start date, end date, value, and renewal date
- Add stakeholders — both client contacts and your internal team
- Create milestones — break the delivery into key dates and deliverables
- Log communications as they happen to maintain a complete audit trail
- Update milestone statuses and stakeholder health regularly
- Watch for renewal alerts — plan your rebid 90 days before contract expiry
