How Smart Alerts Work

Instead of visiting the feed every day, you can "Save" your search filters. Velocibid will run these searches nightly and email you a digest of any new opportunities that match.

Robust Deduplication

Our system tracks every single opportunity sent to you. You will never receive the same deal twice, ensuring your inbox stays clean and actionable.

Setting Up an Alert

  1. Execute a Search: Go to the Global Feed and apply any combination of filters (Keywords, Region, Set-Aside, etc.).
  2. Click "Save Search": Located at the top right of the toolbar.
  3. Name It: Give it a descriptive name (e.g., "Texas IT Contracts").
  4. Done! Future matches will be emailed to your account address.

Managing Alerts (On/Off)

You can easily pause alerts for a specific search without deleting it.

  • Click the Saved Views bookmark icon in the toolbar.
  • Locate your saved search in the dropdown list.
  • Toggle the Switch to "ON" (Green) or "OFF" (Grey).

Note: Toggling off pauses emails immediately. Toggling back on resumes them for future matches.
